Abraham Lincoln was right: “A FULL HORSE PULLS HARDER.”  Likewise, the best way to keep a job on a path to successful close out is for all parties to be paid on a timely basis what they are justly due.  But because that does not always happen we have learned how to navigate the process of dealing with problems during construction.

We work with our clients during the progress of a job to find solutions to problems arising in the field.  We know the process of taking a change from its inception, to execution, and finally to payment.  We know how to handle differing site condition claims.  We know how to prosecute and defend delay claims.  We are comfortable in the trenches working side by side with you.  But what matters is receiving final payment, including retainage, at the end of the project, no matter the problem.

We negotiate, mediate, arbitrate, and litigate.  We have tried cases in the State and Federal courts of Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas.  We have successfully handled appeals in the Supreme Court of Missouri, Missouri Court of Appeals and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
